The Logical-ness of the Christian Church from a Software Engineer ‘s Perspective

“Nobody really notices how much they matter until they crash and there is destruction all around. “

Having spent over 10 years in serving people in an intentional and strategic way I’ve noticed some things.

One of those things is the logical-ness to attend the Church for mental health reasons.

Now key emphasis on this next part because it is the maker or breaker for long-term impact in any area of our lives.

Healthy organizational culture can benefit you tremendously but the decision to stay somewhere you don’t belong can be detrimental for your long-term health.

In EVERY area.

Healthy culture matters, the “right” tribe matters.

The most wonderful moment can be joyless if experienced in the wrong season. You can have all you ever wanted and still feel empty.

Over the years I’ve seen both sides. I’ve seen people to be able to withstand the external changes with just enough retention-ness to be progressive enough to get out of that hole.

And I’ve seen lives completely derailed because of a check engine light was on that never was confronted. The ability to adapt is necessary for survival.

Check engine lights are kind of like trains.

Nobody really notices how much they matter until they crash and there is destruction all around.

Be where is right for you in the season you’re in but never think that the season you’re in is THE end.

Our perspective and experience of God’s Goodness can get progressively better if we would continue to embrace Him.
